Dancing For Heroes: The Royal Soirée needs volunteers on Friday, November 13, 2026

Event Time: 6–10 PM

Location: The Kansas City Club

“This evening brings our community together through dance to support childhood cancer families, share their stories, and honor the legacies of children we have lost. For our small team, extra helping hands would make a meaningful difference in bringing this evening to life.

We are seeking help with:

• Setup before the gala: placing decorations, arranging raffle and auction displays, and preparing event materials.

• Cleanup after the gala: gathering decorations, packing supplies, and helping leave the event space tidy.

Volunteers would be welcome to assist with either shift. We can provide specific shift times and coordinate responsibilities ahead of the event.

Thank you for considering being part of our village. Every helping hand supports an evening dedicated to ensuring no child fights alone.” - Tina
